I don’t know Reg. I agree with you except about Putin. He will not negotiate. And even if he did, I sincerely doubt he would stick to his word. He might negotiate with, say trump, who would give him all of Ukraine, but he’s not going to play nice with others. At least that’s what I think from what I’ve seen. You can’t trust him as far as you can throw him.
