In the book "Plants of the Gods," (pgs. 140-143) it says that overdoses of Angel's Trumpets (or Datura) can lead to bouts of violence and possibly temporary insanity.

Death is not listed among the effects.

The article seems to indicate that another moron took drugs, and gives them yet another reason to keep it unavailable to a larger population who wish to use it responsibly.

Aleister Crowley once said that the only drug taking should be spiritually based.

However, as my own life experience has proven beyond all doubt, the most dangerous side-effect of taking drugs is enlightenment, and that is what the drug war is all about.

By preventing large-scale enlightenment, entire populations are more easily controlled.
