David, I was in a class a couple of weeks ago about Christian Nationalism and it covered Federalist Society, big money people, Turning Point USA etc., as well as the Council for National Policy (CNP). BUT what I thought made it really scary was that all of those groups were coalescing around the 7 Mountains Mandate to use as their current goal with trump. After doing some further research on CNP and the 7 Mountains Mandate, I theorized that these conservative Christian fundamentalists who are following trump see him as their god/Jesus/leader to take over the US and remake it in the form of a Christian theocracy; i.e. a Christo Fascist state a la 7 Mountains Mandate. 

Reg, I want to think that if that disgusting lump of orange vomit were just gone, things would be better, but I think really it might NOT be. That is because trump will have served his purpose, which was to pull all of these Christian Nationalists, fundamentalists, fascist militia members, AND your average Paulding County yahoo together and show them "It's alright for you to say all of these awful racist, misogynistic, anti-LGBTQIA+, "illegal" immigrant comments now. And now we need to act on all of these plans." The people are already together, all of the leaders are in place, when trump goes to prison, has a stroke and is incapacitated, dies, whatever, all of the people he's been working with plus all of the leaders of Turning Point USA, Fed. Society, CNP along with money from these other organizations/big moneyfamilies, will just carry on.

I am of the belief that WHEN Biden wins, there will actually be a bloodbath of some sort because those fuckers are not going to lose graciously. They CONTINUE to believe that trump won 2020. This will just be another case of the Democrats "stealing" a presidential election and they won't stand for it at all. I know, David, that you have talked about how the military will follow their given orders and not turn on the government or civilians, but I think that MAGA has infiltrated the military and won't give a shit about what could happen to them, because they think they'll take this all the way and their orange god will pardon them.

Which leads me to the trailer for the movie you posted Reg, "Civil War". Maybe people will see that and realize that then puddle of orange bile is tearing the country apart so much that this movie shows what it could look like. We can hope. I have been saying that people who don't understand what happens if Biden loses and Russia runs over Ukraine need to watch the original "Red Dawn" or maybe the newer one, which ever one will impress upon people the importance of electing Dems and not letting that tub of orange lard anywhere near the White House. Unfortunately, I don't know think the MAGAs will care about Netanyahu continuing to rampage and destroy Gaza, because, you know, "brown people". Maybe "Civil War" and "Red Dawn" together is what it will take to show them. Who knows? 

Of course, maybe I'm just in a nihilistic mood this evening and I'm putting too much thought into scenarios in the future. That's a big possibility! lol
