To both you and Reg: Yes sexual dalliances no longer disqualify a candidate; even a presidential candidate. But if you go back to the release of the "grab 'em by the p*ssy" tape, many republicans were extremely upset and there was serious talk about replacing trump as the nominee. That obviously did not happen, but maybe it would have if the Stormy/Karen info had come out. Shoulda, woulda, coulda...we'll never know. I’m not on the "Hilary would never have won anyway" train. Looking back to the 2016 election, trump was elected by relatively small numbers of voters in key states. We'll never know what the additional info that was kept from Americans would have done.

As far as a sentence, I truly go back and forth. A simple ankle monitor I don't see as meaning much to him because I'm sure they'll still let him go to the campaign events which feed his needed narcissistic supply. He still has all of mar a Lago to roam around in. If he were to have to stay in his living quarters, that would be a different story.

I guess we'll see soon, but first things first...hoping for a quick "Guilty on all 34 counts" verdict or on at least some counts!

Now the tough part waiting to see what happens!
