Yeah, I mean the guy that said this to me said it while we were sitting in a bar and I was thinking he was joking, but then he kept after me on it like he was surprised I did not know. I did not know, and I had not considered it, but then I thought about it and I thought, that could be true...as idiotic as it is, it made some sense. 

I tried searching for a quote or someone that knows Trump revealing this is what he thought because I thought maybe I missed something but did not come up with anything really. 

It is odd that Trump says other countries are sending people from their mental institutions here. I get why he says they are criminals, he is obviously going for the fear factor with that, but the mental institution part is odd. If it is some sort of confusion on his part, or deception thinking his followers do not know what seeking asylum is, well, that would fit his profile.
