Don't feel bad. For years I thought it was, "New York City C"mon...New York City C'mon", followed by "Order it down, Order it down.." ( thinking it was a cop referring to a weapon ). Well, you're not supposed to hear all the lyrics in a Rock n'Roll/Pop song anyhow; Neat to see everybody's take on this, and David's explanation.
