I haven't read the article yet, but will. From my own experience I have found that the main problem with alcohol is there are people who just chemically, or whatever, can't handle it. They don't know when to stop before becoming belligerant, violent, slap happy or basically not their normal self in any way. For them, alcohol is not good. How to keep them from doing it? I don't know. Forcing them to not drink, whether legal or not, I have never found to work. Its almost a Catch 22. Hoping they will has actually paid off. Have other people's problems with alcohol kept me from imbibing? No, but the quantity has definitely decreased. Cheers!
