I was quoting Barefoot Doctor who had gone to West Wales and I foung it amusing to bring this to a group of people (americans) who seem to have a very different reality...hence my ragging you on Florida and DB on Austin...he waxed lyrical about his move to Austin and that joie de vivre that it brought him...seemed funny to contrast florida with west wales...to make you think about reality so to speak..river of grass...sounds interesting...i'd like it to be skunk...and now my idea is to write a comparative piece on west wales versus florida...

alligators versus badgers
miami dolphins versus swansea...
miami vice versus..i don't know

with a view to making floridians (natives of florida...which makes them sound like a type of flower)jealous of welsh...ha ha hah
