I did see that story. Unbelievable. This same DA gave a woman a four month sentence for burning her 4 yr old daughter to death by bathing her in scalding hot water. One of the womens other children saw the whole thing and said the little girl's skin was falling off before she died.
Now the mother is out and still has custody of her other children and Tommy Chong is going to jail for selling bongs. Go figure.
