It's quite simple --- if people wish to attack me --- that is their choice. However --- if THAT happens --- I will fight back.

Why do I do this? It is very easy to understand, actually.

Living life on the "fringe" so to speak --- to use your words --- a lot of people are not going to agree with what I am doing. But, there is a difference between polite disagreement and personal attacks.

Dan said he doesn't understand why I feel victimized here. Again, quite easy to understand --- he and Pat have allowed and even encouraged PERSONAL ATTACKS against me --- on this message board --- in the quotes section --- and I do not appreciate it one goddamn bit. This was encouraged by their SILENCE --- even while they are telling me to shut up and leave.

Why cannot you see the hypocracy in this matter?

Here's another thing --- why I have chosen THIS OUTLET for what I am doing. Mr. Baerwald is a man whom I greatly respect. In 1992, he made the difficult choice in doing what his heart was telling him --- knowing full well that it would virtually END any chances he had to have a successful career WITHIN the system.

David has also been extremely diplomatic in saying that HE wants dissent here --- this also reflects who HE is and what HE was attempting to do with TRIAGE. As well as in his choice of friends --- people like Sean Penn and Mike Ruppert.

When David released that album knowing that it would permanently harm his chances to become JOE POP STAR --- he went up to the TOP of my respect list. He did what was RIGHT, instead of what was EASY or EXPEDIENT.

As far as where I sit --- it was Dan and to a lesser degree, Pat, who made this a personal attack against me. What I believe happened was that it was decided to attempt to push me out --- so that I would get so offended and leave permenently. Of course, they would never admit to this --- but their actions support this idea.

I almost did that . . . ALMOST . . .

Then what happened was I received a slew of e-mails from some good people here. They were telling me not to let the vindictive nature of the attacks get me down. I immediately complied, and I stopped talking to or commenting about Pat. However, Pat continued his attacks against me. He did so on this message board, and he did so in the Quotes section.

This matter could never be put to bed because the personal attacks against me never let up for a moment.

The other night was a turning point for me --- I was visiting the message board and TEN QUOTES IN A ROW came up with very personal and hurtful comments against me. That was so uncool, so I commented about it.

I have NEVER posted in the quotes section personal and hurtful comments about anyone. I have never started trouble on the message board --- yes I do provoke people to THINK.

So what? More people should use their minds.

The other thing is that Dan has said some very different things in private e-mail than he does on the message board. I went to sleep last night believing that he and I put this behind us once and for all.

He told me that he would remove all the PERSONAL ATTACK material from the board and the quotes system.

Then, I log on this morning, and Dan is claiming I am quoting him out of context. This is simply not true. I used his very own words to report what I believed was a compromise.

Maybe before I might have left and stayed away. Now, after it being made very personal by both Pat and Dan --- leaving is the LAST THING that I would ever consider doing.

Also --- about the length and frequency of my postings:

Do any of you realize that AMERIKA is very close to a depression that is going to be exponentially worse than the last one in 1929? All the economic indiators are there --- those of you who do not want to listen to what I have to say are going to one day wish you had listened.

Also --- the BU$H JUNTA is quietly behind the scenes assembling the last pieces of their much desired POLICE STATE. Four-Star General Tommy Franks recently appeared in a speciality magazine called CIGAR AFICIONADO --- I purchased the very last copy at a local cigar store. In this interview, he states that with one more hit from the "terrorists" --- our Constitutional Republic will immediately be taken apart and will be replaced with a military based police state.

As radio host Art Bell once wrote a book entitled THE QUICKENING --- things are reaching a crescendo --- therefore it is increasingly urgent that I continue to be diligent about getting the word out.

Perhaps what the REAL PROBLEM is that people DO BELIEVE what I talk about and it just scares the Hell out of them? THAT would be acceptable --- but the personal attacks will never be.
