This book is about soliders in Vietnam being ambushed, a protest rally in Wisconsin and politicians in Washington in October of 1967. It has been featured on CSPAN a couple of times. I have just started reading it, and it is excellant. Maraniss' writing and narrative are wonderful. He even has brought in a Viet Cong soldier and describes what it was like from his point of view (on the CSPAN show he brings together one of the soliders, an officer, and this Viet Cong and their meeting was very interesting).
