I say go up to the stage show a timeout sign and take the mike and tell them to exit stage left. It is amazing what some of the people do. I had the same thing happen at the Chris Issaak concert and we moved but sometimes in a small club you dont have that luxury. If it is a band I really really like I'm gonna say something and it may not be pretty.
