Eric:THE POSTMAN is a song that fills me with sadness and
meloncholy every time I hear it --- it reminds me of nothing
but lost opportunity.A particularily chilling moment is when BU$H Sr. says the
following during the song's coda:"Even a New World Order cannot guarantee an era of perpetual
peace."Even while TRIAGE had a huge influence on my own life ---
such as with AIDS + ARMAGEDDON --- it is always somewhat
depressing when THE POSTMAN comes on over the
loudspeakers. However, I believe that David himself had said it best when he
himself spoke about THE POSTMAN on the ON TRIAGE
promotional disc:"This is the hardest thing for me, 'cause on a certain level, it's
easier to sort of distance yourself from what you're thinking
about by surrounding yourself with details, and facts. But
ultimately, there is this awful sense of tragedy, of missed
opportunity and savagery, the inevitability of savagery. And it's difficult. It's hard to come to grips with it. And you see
the signs of it, and you try not to let it affect you, you try not
to let it just ruin your week. But you have to face it, and the fear has to be dealt with. But it
has to be faced, you can't face your fear unless you look at it.
If you deny it, then you're sick."--- David Baerwald, speaking about THE POSTMANEven while being quite depressing --- it does have that lonely
and peaceful solitude that our problems can be solved one
person at a time --- as in every time a person removes
themselves from the column of being part of the problem ---
the only other place that they could reasonably fit is in the
column representing the solution. The DBIS is a fitting --- yet ironic --- microcosm of all of
these societial pressures. We continue to wonder why we often
times degrade into ego-filled pissing matches --- is it any
wonder why this continues to happen --- when this is
precisely what our society has devolved into? And yet even more ironic is the appearance that all of the so-
called "troublemakers" at the DBIS (such as myself) are only
those who DARE to THINK DIFFERENTLY . . .Digging through my notes for the DAVID BAERWALD TRIAGE
CONSTITUTIONAL STUDY MODULE that I would like to release
one day through this very website --- I would also like to point
out that all of the following subjects are also covered by THE
POSTMAN:During the song's fade-out, David is heard saying the
following:"There's just too many people in the world, there's just too
many people . . ."This of course brings up a subject that all politicians want to
avoid --- and that is the serious study of POPULATION
CONTROL. This idea was brought forth by the notorious
ROTHSCHILD family --- who in America are known as the
ROCKEFELLER family. Here are some of the landmark studies on POPULATION
CONTROL:a) First, a quote from England's Prince Phillip, founder of the
World Wildlife Fund:"If I were reincarnated, I would wish to be returned to Earth as
a killer virus to lower human population levels."b) Next, a quote from Ted Turner (CNN Founder):"A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95%
decline from present levels, would be ideal."--- Ted Turner, in an interview with AUDUBON magazine,
which appeared in their Nov-Dec 1991 issue.c) Here are some of the notable population control reports,
that were commissioned by the ILLUMINATI:LIMITS TO GROWTH by Eduard Pestel (1972)GLOBAL 2000 REPORT TO THE PRESIDENT by the Council On
Environmental Quality and the US State Dept. (1980)POPULATION AND THE AMERICAN FUTURE by the Rockefeller
Commission (July 18, 1969)PRESIDENT NIXON'S REMARKS on the publication of the
Rockefeller Commission's one year report (March 16, 1970)THE POSTMAN also discussed or presented the following
subjects throughout the song:1) Surrounding yourself with details and facts = conspiracy
research2) Jim Jones and the Jonestown CIA Mind Control Suicide
(November 18, 1978). This subject also refers to THE PEOPLE'S
TEMPLE AGRICULTURAL PROJECT (4,000 acres), and the
Congressman Leo Ryan murder. See also: http://www.jonestown.com3) THE WAR AGAINST POPULATION by Jacqueline Kasun PhD.In this book, this Professor of Economics @ Humboldt State
University in Arcata, California states that the following have
come out of this desire to limit population growth:a) The sex-education movementb) The pro-abortion movementc) Affective learning replaces cognitive learning = behavior
modification4) Phrases that have been used by politicians to refer to the
working class:USELESS EATERS and the UNWASHED MINIONSSo, this is just a sampling of some of the issues brought up by
the song. I thought that I would add to the request that Eric
put forth --- because on especially TRIAGE --- there are
layers upon layers of impressions and feelings that have been
created by David.TRIAGE --- more than anything else he has done --- has
made me think about the world around me.KDB = Buffalo, NY USA
