My Reply:  Of course not, friend.  Why would Jesus Christ give His life away for you and me anyways, right?!?  Now what type of shell are you hiding under again?  Maybe you've "had a bad rap with Christianity" as a whole (as most like to say)?  Maybe you feel that you are not loved by an loving God being JUST AS YOU ARE (scary considering what you wrote, but still the truth)?  Recommended reading: The Ragamuffin Gospel by Brennan Manning.
