Hopefully verses 24-28 are clear enough. Please study this carefully noting verse 19 as to why all men are 'without excuse' as specified in the 20th. Please note too that God 'gives people over' to such things as reprobate minds for refusing the truth they know. But God(nor His Son) are judgemental, they're just peace lovin' dudes like humanity. That's why Christians are killed all over the world, today; and my kind will be openly killed in the future of this country: too many spiritual folks hate the true God. Paul speaking in Romans one:
