Of the other candidates in the primary, were any black? I ask because one the radio news blurbs here pointed out that no matter what that the US would have it's fifth black senator.Apart from Keyes comments, I am wondering if the Republicans are thinking black vs black might give them a better chance to win. In addition, I am surprised this can be pulled off in such a short time frame. How many months must one live in Illinois in order to establish residentcy?Crazy times...!
