Mr. Keyes only needs to be a resident by election day. We may want to tighten that law up in the future.

None of the other Major Rep candidates were black, there was one person who barely made a blip in the primaries, Antonio Davis-Fairman.

With the little time that is left, in a mostly democratic state it should be interesting to see how hard the push is to get Keyes in there. Barack has run a pretty clean champaign as far as I can tell. Lets see if the Republicans try to muddy the waters.
