and I'll vote for Bill Maher. If only John had half the balls to say what he really feels. Far to left or right of center, depending on how he's angle-ing a laugh from the audience. The best part of the Daily Show is the segments done by the supporting cast. John's interviews are so un-challenging and water-downed, it's fightning and painful to watch. Plus, isn't his news segment/style a direct lift from SNL.
