400 tons of explosives go missing and the NYT and Rather want to use this as their own little October surprise to try and tarnish President Bush.  Where are the missing explosives?  Why can't they be located?  Do you suppose they could be hid along side the missing wmd?

I hate to disappoint you, Eric but Clinton used to hand pick his questioners too.  It's possible President Bush has raised the level for access to him but look around at all the Republican campaign offices which have been targets of vandalism in recent weeks and you'll begin to understand why.  Waiting for the person to get out of hand is too late in my opinion.  The Republican convention was also a target of your folks on the left presenting bogus credential to get in and cause chaos. 

Why are you always so upset?  Do you suppose that maybe what you're really mad at has more to do with not being able to please your father as an adolescent?  Please don't take it out on the current administration.  I suggest you write your father a letter but don't send it.  Writing down your thoughts will better help you to connect with what it is which is troubling you so.  President Bush is your friend, Eric.  He's my friend too.  He's the Barney you and I never had growing up...just love him.
