well, any he-man president that rules in a time of great fear can be expected to enjoy widespread support of a scared and vengeful populace. as the saying goes, no one ever went broke (or failed to get "elected") by underestimating the stupidity of the American public.
i tend to look favorably upon Green positions and candidates whilst i retain my basically Independent affiliation, but that's just me - just another nut for balance, sustainability and equality...
