There is also not near the amount of this type of horrific violent crime in Europe. If there was, the Europeans might feel differently. I had a feeling the Judges were cow towing to outside "pressures", which also pisses me off.
In fact, before this ruling, only 19 states allowed the death penalty for murderers who committed their crimes when they were under the age of 18.
