Its a wonderful tradition we have here in America with our holidays, simply an excuse to party or consume, or both, some of my favorites are moving holidays to make long weekends and accomodate white sales (President's day) or borrowing other countries pseudo-holidays and getting drunk (the aforementioned St. Paddy's and Cinco De Mayo) . . .
