I would say to Clinton - Bullshit! The levees breaking in NOLA wasn't some unimagined scenario. It was real and it was documented long before it happened. The response to this disaster has been pathetic, embarrassing, and shameful. FEMA and the Homeland Security people can talk a good game and suck up billions upon billions of dollars in taxpayer money - but when the shit hit the fan - they failed us. Their inability to address the situation soon enough and recognize the reality has cost lives. So Clinton and Bush the elder can make all the excuses they want - it doesn't change reality.
