The article I read said she was arguing with the police for 30 minutes. Now, I'm guessing you base your judgement that this girl has "no respect for the law" from the same article and from this same 30 minute argument. I don't recall if you have kids or not - or how much time you've spent around 12 year olds. At that age - kids argue with everyone and everything. You are right - I wasn't there - and maybe this 12 year old was also calling the cop names or making up lewd songs about his mom...in which case a stun gunning would definitely be in order.
