It's sad but true Dale. It is why you could give them $50,000 or $100,000 and they would still be on the street in 2 years, not all but the majority. They have no idea how to manage money and figure I'll spend this wad because I'll never see it again anyway. I think this is the primary reason that welfare is not effective and never will be effective. It is a handout and not a handup
