Silly me. And all this time I thought Reaganomics was a bust--I see now how foolish it was of me to think of the deficit, the S&L robbery, the gutting of social programs, the dumping of thousands of mentally ill people on the streets of the cities, etc... as bad things. But now, thanks to the evenhanded advocacy of Mr. Antler I see that those were necessary sacrifices for the betterment of all. Jesus H. Keerist, man! How can you buy this guff? Anyway, here's a new lyric for you. Musically, think of Cole Porter. In fact, just think about Cole Porter for a bit, on principle. Hooray For Love!
I remember at one of the shows I went to the first thing you said was "You judge a society by how they treat their poor , their weak" and then you went into Wild West (I always loved the quiet shows because everyone would laugh at "pants crawled up his ass". Anyway I think this is the basic difference between the left and right is their viewpoint on how they treat their weak. I'm not going to go into a lecture on Welfare Social State (left) vs Get Off your Ass and Start Workin you Lazy (&^$%) (right) but we have watched year after year of social programs that seem to breed nothing but more social programs. If they were proven effective I would be first in line to pay taxes on them but I dont see that. I see massive abuse which really messes it up for those weak that really need the help. Its not the case of a few bad apples but the majority are bad apples.

there's something magic in the air/ flowers blooming everywhere/ and I'm so blissf'lly unaware/ toujours l'amour, avant le guerre/it must be that I am in love/life is a penthouse with a view/Paris, France, Park Avenue/i feel alive, I feel renewed/and it's all because of you/it must be that I am in love/hooray for love/hooray for magic/hooray for !Babe you got what I need/I got to have it/hooray for you/hooray for me/hooray for the birdies and the bees/makin' whoopee in the trees, hooray for lust/and trust/boom or bust/hooray for love/when noah built his famous yacht/he thought of lovers in a park/teenagers spooning after dark/strangers kissing on a lark/it must be that he was in love!

Brilliant, beautiful lyrics from a master wordsmith.
Thanks David
