But consider the fact that the ACLU is not "liberal" organization, except to the extent that they represent ALL clients (be they representing causes that may be labeled "right" or "left"). So, they represent those against prayer in school, as well as the KKK to support their right to freely assemble.
Don't forget: we're a nation of laws (incl. the Bill of Rights), not men. But go ahead - cite cases!
