Oh C'mon...he doesn't look THAT bad.  And compared to Ronnie James Dio?!!!  RJD NEVER looked good...or sounded good, in my opinion. 

I didn't see one picture there of him with a cigarette..so maybe he quit?  Was a hell of a drinker also, at least at one time..maybe he's also got that beat.  At least he's breathin'.   As far as the band goes, I heard Van Halen cannot now get a recording contract.  The last couple of efforts really smelled (I loved most of their other stuff), and they really do not have a lead singer anymore.

We shall see.  Keep on rockin' Eddie..and look after your health. 

P.S.:

Does anybody out there know how to play "Eruption"?  EVH is one of the tune down 1/2 step guys (same as Jimi and Stevie)..E flat, and I don't like to do that to my guitar, BUT I still couldn't play it anyways!  Actually, I'd much rather learn "Spanish Fly" from Diver Down...it's on an acoustic nylon..amazing solo.
