You know, I haven't even made up my mind about the entire new Neil Young album, the "impeachment" song or anything of the sort.

I wanted to talk about the reporter's probing questions to Neil Young.  First, here is an incredible talent of Mr. Young that rarely does any type of interviews anymore, and when so, we have to listen to some trashy ET-slanted rantings from a woman that when she was probably told that she needs to interview Neil Young her response was most likely that of "who?"  But, maybe it was smart on Elliott Robert's part, and Neil's, to grant an interview request to this type of monotonous graveside "entertainment" knowing that his message of the album [and songs] will be watched by many that never will know him or of the record.  Maybe I'm just rambling a bit too much on a Monday morning.

BTW, if you never got to read the NY interview in RS Magazaine several months ago, you should try to find a copy.  Good story/interview.

Whatever I do decide on the verdict of the new NY album, song and hype, I can say that I do respect his work over the years and the strength to standup admirably to proclaim his opinion.  Done much better than most politicians and activists.  Better done than most on this board could ever do too.
