B.B. turned 80 last year, complete with a duets album of the same name to celebrate and a tour. He's out again this summer as well.
The Paul Simon effort is one of the most consistenly amazin things I've ever heard. The addition of Eno's soundscapes is one of the most incongruous concepts I could imagine, but in many places it adds incredible depth to what's going on in PS' lyrics. Pieces of it had my close to sobbing upon 2nd or 3rd listen. Rhymin' Simon is out this summer too and I'm interested to see what the new material sounds like live. Don't know if he's carrying a bunch of keyboard players and/or loops to pull it off, but it ought to be interesting.
