Kind of like the "pre-emptive" Arab terrorist bomber attacks that are designed to kill innocent men, women and children, is that what you mean, Al?

That attack on the beach was a complete screw up, and they admitted it.  The tragic loss of life was due to an errant shell.  The children and any other civilians were never targeted.  Hamas leaders are the target.  The whole situation is sickening, because the cycle of bloodshed seems never ending.
