To me, if credible information was present and it detailed such an attack, the US would have been justified and expected of an attack on bin Laden. I also think enough intelligence was present at the time, only that our intelligence community was so fragmented at the time it was missed. But here is a great irony; how come it took less than one day to get an investigation panel for the Columbia tradgedy, but years for the same sort of panel for the 9/11 terrorist acts?
