All due respects to the recently deceased; yep, the cat lived life to his version of the fullest, he took the crock by the nads…& laughed all the way to the river banks.  This, I admit, was commendable.  Folks staying on top of their own personal self-absorbed pursuits are admirable, viable, vital beings, no doubt.  More power to them, …honor the adventurer.  BUT when children are born, …a father should be around…a lot…a whole heck of a lot…& not chasing his own fulfillment.  My spin trainer went on and on about Steve Irwin tonight:  He lived and died with verve.  Couldn’t have died better.  Yada-yada.  Groovy.  Outstanding Enthusiasm unparalleled by most.  My hat’s off to ‘im.

His son & daughter get to grow-up without a dad. 

Stay home, play with your kids.  Just my humble opinion.  Peace.
