Whether one is a liberal, conservative, Democrat or Republican, Harry Reid is right: what was done today is clearly unconstitutional. Personally, I think it should be an impeachable offense for any legislature to write a law that is clearly a violation of the US Constitution.
Ah Harry Reid. The man of the hour with NO solutions to the terror problem. If Democrats get control of the house and senate and are soft on terror you wont see them in power for 30 more years. So far they are mum on the terror solution  issue other than to say Bush is a warmonger

What is even more disgusting is last week or so, NBC reporter Dick Gregory asked the Torturer in Chief how he would feel if a US soldier was captured, held in secret, questioned in secret, charged in secret and tried in secret without ever seeing the evidence of his suspected crimes and this supposed leader of the free world - you know, the country supposedly that promotes democracy - avoided the question. Disgusting.  
Hmnnnn so you think we are treating detainees worse than in WWII. Fortunately your view on this is NOT supported by the majority of the American people.
