As you are so obviously misguided, I believe the word you are looking for MBear is spelled 'n_i_g_g_e_r'. You pronounce it like Tigger excepting that the T is replaced with that n you mistook for nuclear.

MBear, it has been removed from the new dictionary's because it is a racist term but it is no less an English word that remains widely used; most particularly by the race of people it is associated with(amongst themselves). However, while they are allowed to slander one another, if you use it, which I don't suggest, know you are opening yourself to prosecution for a thought crime known as a 'hate crime'.
