Our College does a lot of work on sustainable farming. One of the real eye openers for me in attending various presentations on organic/local farming is that there is little love for the soybean and outright disdain for corn.

The soybean hatred has to do with the fact that they are, for the most part, genetically modified. So the concern is that lumps may grow, just not necessarily upon one's chest.
