Anything you can share on this topic will be appreciated. As users of protein supplements, m’ wife & I are aggravated with the lack of real substantiated truth in information regarding whey & soy products. For a time we both used soy protein, but, after speaking to a ¿knowledgeable? gent @ GNC about a year ago, I’ve been using whey…while my better half stayed with the soy…for it’s supposed leanings towards estrogen…. All the gray areas in nutrition are no less than a fackin headspin! Beef industry spin-doctors trouncing soy and visa versa; …what a bunch of market-manipulated meat puppets we all are, perhaps always have been in the US.
Just one real source of actual factual unbiased information could have the both of us using the most effective protein supplement for our body types (beyond our regular use of fresh vegi juice & the other food sources of proteins, etc.). & that’d be one monkey off our combined backs.
Really; if you're hip to soy, Kravits, please do spill the beans… TIA.
The following link is the sort of info that’s out there. …Its direct contrast, just as passionately blurbed, is likely less than an hour of DD away: http://www.timinvermont.com/fitness/soyvswhy.htm
