i had boxties last night.  a potato creation indigenous to that area, no?  they were seasoned with curry and dipped in sour cream & chives (& a little barbeque sauce here & there.)  fackin brilliant!

& cold Belhaven Ale (Not my favorite...but last night it did the trick)
