Handsome Kevin was a charismatic lunatic who was a good friend of
Dave Ricketts. A mad sort of Kesey-esque/Hunter Thompson type
who never found his feet with his writing or film projects. I dont think
he actually sold dope out of Denny's... But, hey, why let the truth get
in the way of a good allegory?
