mmmsounds pretty damn good.  Probably would have been excellent with mashed potatoes as well, in lieu of the pasta.  But then, I’m a legitimate mashed potato junky (even w/red sauce…which I know ain’t natural).  mmm, …sun dried tomatoes.  The best sun drieds I’ve ever had were from Trader Joe’s, …in Glendale or something like that.  Sun dried tomatoes, you’d think, are run of the mill?  Nope, …I’ve never found a sun dried tomato with the same memorable flavor as those from Trader Joes.  Best couscous too, …& excellent bulk coffee beans..yada…
