yeah, it’s a cool side dish if u can get the consistency right, which i’m guessing you’ve got down pat ~ i fck it up sometimes…but have rice figured out perfectly. the same lady who turned us on to Leonard Cohen’s New Skin for the Old Ceremony … & the Ananga Ranga also turned us on to couscous from Trader Joe’s. :O)
