Fuck YEAH!! Grape ruled. One of my favourite all time bands....I still listen to them quite a bit.

It's funny how Mike Douglas totally screws up their name (what did he care). In the background I think I could hear Skip Spence mumbling about not being ready.

Talk about disintegration. Poor Skippy ended up on the streets....untreated Schizophrenia, and Bob Mosley something similar. I'd love to know what happened to Peter Lewis...he wrote so many great tunes. (Buy Moby Grape 69 if you can find it; there is a compilation CD that came out about 10 years ago that has most, but not all of the tracks on that one; the vinyl (heh heh..) has the whole deal).

And as for my man Jerry Miller, he's still rockin it out and playing gigs somewhere in Northern California (Santa Cruz or Mendo...don't remember which).
