I thought the funniest little lampoon moment regarding the Clinton situation came when one of the animated shows (was it Simpsons?) showed Clinton talking to an audience, and he says, "people often ask me if I think I was the worst president. I tell them, 'that depends what your definition of WAS is, jerk!'"
