What on earth is the US Senate doing passing resolutions against actions taken many, many years ago in a foreign country? What's next, Turkey passing resolutions against the treatment of Blacks in the American South prior to the 1960's? It's just about as bad and helluva lot more recent.
This type of resolution would be better treated by the United Nations than by the United States.
