speaking of anarchy (which I personally think would be just another sort of wall between humanity & true liberty) …

Cool thing about film scores: I didn’t really like Chariots of Fire but Vangelis’ score was mighty.

What that cat has done with keyboards is …well, you know.

No doubt he’s one of my son’s inspirations……..

or the same song in concert: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKn9pB8YzKI

man, what I wouldn’t have done to see that concert.  Mythodea, “track 5”, I think.

…Plant your head between a good pair of speakers and let’er rip…w0w! A wall

of tympanis backed by cellos and tenors and sopranos baby …wait, here it is:

track 5, Movement 4, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwaGgTbyEu4

or Intergalactic Radio Station from Direct.  All of Direct, really.

off topic:  anybody see the flick, The Holiday?  Not an instant classic love story, definitely a “chick flick”.  We watched it last night over a bottle o Riesling.  Cute li’l English girls in a tent daddy helped them build in their bedroom, & their cute li’l Chitty Chitty Bang Bang way of speaking that breaks the heart into a gazillion little pieces.  Worth one look, if you can stomach the lovey-dovey stuff…& Jack Black mostly serious.

…whoops, slippin into anarchy…..
