What's everyone else having for Christmas dinner? Tonight (Eve) is Italian fest at a friend's. Our meal tomorrow (Day) will be shrimp bisque, herbed cornish hens flashed roasted in duck fat, wild & basmati rice pilaf with toasted pecans and dried cranberries, baby greens with blood orange vinaigrette and pomegranates and, finally, Countess Toulouse Lautrec's flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream and raspberries in syrup!
