Wow - that sounds so exotic! We're having good Aussie prawns with home-made seafood sauce, followed by roast pork marinated in apple and sage and all of the roast vegies, and finished off with pavlova covered with summer berries (blue-, black-, boysen- and strawberries). Simple, but hopefully yummy.
