I haven't seen any stats that indicate people are moving away. They aren't moving here at the rate of 5 years ago, which couple with the "interest rate crisis" has resulted in a lot of unsold property.Most people are just annoyed and blame whatever level of government they think is responsible. I'm not in touch with anyone who works in agriculture around here, so I can't speak to what that community has to say.
