Oh I don’t know if I’d go so far as to discount Belichick’s contribution to the NFL. He’s paid his dues, no doubt, and no mere mortal man can deny him that honor, …but that’s just me. All too soon I think we are able to forget the efforts of great people who set their sights high and achieve goals while peers pshaw them and deny potential. I just think it was time for the Giants. Next week it could go differently. 32 enter, one champ leaves. Whatever he's done recently to sully his good name, it doesn't erase his lifetime endeavor.
