I have never met a so-called rigid-right conservative who was not to some extent narrow-minded; corruptible to a fault (when convenient to his or her aims, …claiming, “It ain’t personal, …it’s business.”); habitually self-righteous; often hateful; dutifully intolerant, & void of awareness beyond that of their specialty. Although a few cool ones have been lovable in their ways, different kinds of days, but full o harrumph & bias at the drop of a dais; with …a penchant to go scouting for bile and ambush opportunities like the cream o the crop demagogy strafes de facto with a brutal stain. I’ve healed a thousand scrapes, life is rapt with both conservative and liberal decisions. Best I can tell, the prime difference is that so-called rigid conservatives seem to hide most of what would be “termed” liberal decisions/actions in dark secretly culpable places ~~ accept for the liberal use of weave and manipulation for daze own “personal” gains. n Most of the “so-called libs” I know make freethinking daily decisions (because they ask why), both liberal & old-fashioned (given each individual event), out in the open with the intent to reach a meaningful Earth outcome of whatever the case may be. Don’t tread on me. & they say, “Seeing the vistas, trying to learn something new everyday because we know that people are fallible, Sandy, n must continue to train awareness if we’re ever to surmount oppression & unawareness. For example: If my grandson wants to go riding with 3 gals and a belly full of mischief in the wee hours of the night, I say, (firmly) NO, and redirect his attentions to a more age-appropriate form of leisure ~~ that’s a conservative decision. If he wants to take a pretty girl out to a flick: I give him a ride, 30 bucks, & remind him to make good decisions with regards to both of them, two hearts and two minds, help make a good memory for both of you, son ~~ that’s a liberal decision. & I could go on & on. So could anyone if they had a mind to. Oppression is based on black & white theories. Life is fraught with grays & opportunities to think beyond the maladjusted mainstream notions of rigidity.
